TAP Air Cargo Claims

We know we don’t always get things right. In the event of damage or loss of cargo, please submit your claim form here. All claims made to TAP Air Cargo for lost, damaged or delayed cargo are subject to the terms and conditions of the contract, which incorporates the applicable international laws which govern the transport of air cargo, that can be found on the reverse of the air waybill.

Claim form

To make a claim, please fill in the form along with the mandatory documentation (AWB copy, commercial invoice, formal claim letter) and we will endeavour our best efforts to get back to you as quickly as possible. Please note that a loss or damage complaint must be made within the time frames noted below:

Damage: 14 days from the date of receipt of the cargo
Non-delivery: 120 days from the date of the issue of the air waybill, or if an air waybill has not been issued, within 120 days from the date of receipt of the cargo for transportation 
Delay: 21 days from the date of receipt of the cargo
