To make a claim, please fill in the form along with the mandatory documentation (AWB copy, commercial invoice, formal claim letter) and we will endeavour our best efforts to get back to you as quickly as possible. Please note that a loss or damage complaint must be made within the time frames noted below:
Damage: 14 days from the date of receipt of the cargo
Non-delivery: 120 days from the date of the issue of the air waybill, or if an air waybill has not been issued, within 120 days from the date of receipt of the cargo for transportation
Delay: 21 days from the date of receipt of the cargo
