Complaints

In case of damage, loss, breakdown or delay of Cargo, submit your complaint form here.

All formal complaints made to TAP Air Cargo are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the contract, which incorporate applicable international laws governing the carriage of air Cargo and can be found on the reverse side of the consignment note.

To submit your complaint, please fill out the form below attaching the mandatory documentation (copy of consignment note, commercial invoice and formal complaint letter). We will make every effort to respond to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that complaints for loss or damage must comply with the legal deadlines:

Damage: 14 days from the date of receipt of the Cargo;
Non-delivery: 120 days from the date of issuance of consignment note, or if it has not been issued, within 120 days from the date of receipt of the Cargo for shipment;
Delay: 21 days from the date of receipt of the Cargo.
