New GSSA on the US West Coast
TAP Air Cargo adopts a new structure in the American market, with the appointment of ATC Aviation for GSSA of US West Coast.
We have now implemented a new sales structure in the United States, to streamline our sales approach and better serve our valued customers.
With this in mind, we have appointed ATC Aviation as our GSSA for the west coast that will manage our SFO Gateway. They will be responsible for promoting, selling and booking TAP Air Cargo services in their region including all the offline stations that feed that gateway on the states of California, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. This decision was made after careful evaluation of our current situation and market needs. This shift will allow us to have a more robust sales network, greater coverage across the country, and ultimately improve our service level.
We are confident that this new structure will enable us to deliver on our commitment to provide exceptional cargo services to our customers in the US and ATC will work closely with our team, ensuring a seamless transition and continuous collaboration to provide the highest level of service and support.
